At Bradley School of Music we do our best to match you with the most appropriate teacher given your musical goals, personality, and learning styles. If for any reason you find the instructor or instrument is not a good fit, we will help you transition at the next calendar month.
A qualified substitute will be made available or the lesson will be rescheduled to a different day and/or time agreed upon by the student.
Jam Week consists of Open Mic Night, Adult Jam, 2 Family Jam Sessions, and Open Counseling. For descriptions of Jam Week events, click here. We encourage you to attend as many events as you can. The more you’re here, the more you’ll grow! Come to the events even if you are not playing on stage. It is a great way to understand what we are all about, absorb the process, meet other students and families, and stay inspired. You are now a part of our growing community!
You will not meet with your teacher on your normal scheduled lesson day and time. Check out the description on our events page for Open Counseling. You can have another mini private lesson on this day and take advantage of the other perks offered.
Unfortunately, there are no make-ups for Jam Week. We will do our best to remind you of Jam Week, however, it is your responsibility to keep track of when Jam Week occurs each month. We will have printed calendars at the school and the events will be posted on our website.
Monthly payments must be made in full by the1st of the month. A late fee of $10 may be incurred if payment is made after the 5th of the month. Your credit card on file may be subject to the monthly tuition charge plus late fees and credit card fees if payment is not received by the 7th.
Bradley School of Music’s membership is considered a monthly value as opposed to a weekly value due to the various events offered during Jam Week… think gym membership (only much more fun!)
Paid lessons are not reimbursed for any reason. Paid lessons may be transferred to a family member or a friend.
Prepaid lessons must be used within 60 days of purchase.
We accept automatic ACH (free of fees), cash, check, automatic credit card (convenience fee), or you may pay via your online invoice. A credit card will be kept on file unless you are paying via ACH. There is a tuition box located at BSM for checks or cash. Please have the student’s name and month of tuition on the check or cash envelope.
